bad attitude and customer service

been buying from jolly grubber, always, albert street - pine street, <br> started buying (ordering from beach front) - west street, your manager Isaac, is very rude and very unprofessional and surely doesnt know how to treat customer, especially those customers who are regular, <br> <br> <br> one day we ordered and they didnt del cos we were taking dinner to beach, hubby was going fishing , so we didnt have plates on us, so we asked him how mucg to sell us 2 polystrene trays or even 1, he very rudely said, go to spar and buy i dont have.. i mean really - what bad to the company would it have been had he sold us tray - and this not 1st episode, <br> <br> another time , my hubby was working south so we didnt have time to do meal - we ordered and went 45 min after and he didnt have order done, yet i mean if i give you details you got on system, surly you can see if a hoax order or not and how often, we buying, <br> <br> but we have since then stopped buying from jolly grubber, west st- just cos of isaac attitude and whenever family came to visit, it was always west st, jolly grubber order and del or we collect, and now to have to know just cos we cant be treated good, we cant eat at west street jolly anymore
