Dissatisfied with Jolly Grubber Customer Service

We went to Jolly Grubber North Beach to have a family meal, we ordered our meals, had to wait 30 mins for our burgers to be prepared. When it did get to us it was the wrong choice of burgers. We then approached the manager who refused to understand us or refund us and then he verbally and physically abused us because we were dissatisfied with the customer service. The manager didn't bother that we had our Kids with us neither did he bother about the other customers at the restaurant .
