CANCELLED HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT WITHOUT DUE REASON

I arranged and paid Riana from Jolly Castle to supply a "40 ppl couch setup" for R2,500 + R150 delivery. In the advert they set out what this included. From the start I found it difficult in getting any kind of information regarding time of delivery and actual look of the decor that would be used. I decided not to worry too much as she was posting about successful "setups" in our estate the whole time and it really looked good. However the evening before the event I needed to find out more or less when she was planning on coming as it was a surprise party and I didn't want her coming when my fiancé was still here. Only then did I notice that on her invoice she had put 2 coffee tables instead of the 5 that was in her advert. I questioned this and she stated that I had accepted the invoice and she would only deliver what was on the invoice. I was in the process of sending her a message that if she could send more I would be glad but if not it would not be a problem. Before I could finish typing the message she cancelled and said I couldn't change the order at "99" and she could see I was going to be trouble. I tried to call her because obviously she was getting the wrong impression from me. She wouldn't take my calls. I sent her voice notes so that she could hear in the tone of my voice that I was not that upset about 3 coffee tables but she would not yield. I begged and pleaded and said she had nothing to lose as I had already paid but it fell on deaf ears. Though she refunded me in full I was left in the lurch and she was cold and heartless throughout. The sad thing is she has delivered very good service to some but I think she is overextended and then supplies the s****s to those left over. This is not acceptable. If you advertise a package you cannot come later and take out certain items and charge the same because you feel like it. I have since had several messages of other people in our estate that had a similar or worse experience with her.
