<p>i have been renting a propety from Jolian Properties for the last year and a half. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have never been so disapointed in a business like i am today. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have recently given a moths notice as require by me before i move out of the flat now all of a sudden they say that my deposit will be held back because they never received my email that i send to them on the first of may (i resent the proof to the company that shows that i gave a months notice with dates and all) </p> <p> </p> <p>now i was sent a rental statement for this month ( after i have already moved out) saying i owe them +- R7000.00 </p> <p> </p> <p>this is unacceptable and i will take legal action if required. </p> <p> </p> <p>please sort this matter out as i get ignored when i try and speak to my agent regarding this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards </p>
