Terrible service from Jolian Properties

I must say.I am left tongue tied and highly un impressed by the service tendered to me by [URL Removed] namely, jolianproperty. A lady called Petrol left me on the hook, ducked and dived my calls, and as a result, I am left waiting like an infant. I handed in all my documents, and ever since, she has been ducking and diving my calls. What kind of estate event does that? Is she a professional?or do estates agents simply just get born and do not answer to a regulatory body.<br> <br> If I am not contacted by this company,I am taking this lack of service to the ombudsman.
