*****ing Money Legally

<p>I used Jolian properties to Rent a place in Honeydew. Moved in all smiles and month and a half later get a warning about my dogs being a problem and Neighbours complaining. I was told i can move in with my small house dogs all of them and then got told to get rid of the extra dogs or they will be removed by the SPCA. the limit is 2 dogs, I advised the Agents i will not get rid of them and i will move out. went on my own to the body corporate to ask for time to find a new place, I moved in only because i was told they dont care about how many we have and should have no problems. I told the Agency we will be moving out where they agreed to pay back my deposit after the inspection is done. which checked out no issues with the property. the all of a sudden they now refuse to pay back my Deposit of R7400. claiming that it was not their fault. and the unit cant be empty they will lose moeny. I am also going to lose money due to their negligence. I have all the proof and will be going the legal route to get my money back. Thank goodness I have Legalwise and I will not let it go. You are *****ing money. I will get it back.</p> <p>this is improper conduct from the Company and the agents</p>
