Digusting company. Will never recommend - STAY AWAY

Extremely bad service. Never received my deposit back, even a full year after being out of the property. No response form Jopie or their office whatsoever. Now on my name there are records saying I rented from them again until now and never paid?? I am utterly disgusted by this, I had written off the deposit because no one ever responded, but now my name is being used again by someone who doesn't pay?? I live nowhere near where this place I am supposedly renting and not paying. THIS NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED. I am ready to get lawyers and whoever else involved. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
