Unsatisfactory service

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Joley's plaza shoe shop and 2 weeks later the soles started coming out. The price of these shoes was quite high and so I was expecting high quality. I had only worn the shoes four times. When I went to the manager to complain about this, she said she cannot help me. And sad that I can go to any shoe repairer and repair them there.
