RUDE, UNHELPFUL, ARROGANT GUESTHOUSE OWNER

I made a booking through booking.com and paid for it. Upon arrival entry was denied saying that all their rooms fully booked. Their web however showed that they had rooms available. When speaking to the person on duty, she was very rude and chase me away. That after we paid. I phone the owner the next morning as she was full of excuses about their incompetence and how they run their business. She did not offer an apology and was arrogant. Near the end of the call she threw the phone down in my ear. DO NOT GO THERE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNHELPFUL PEOPLE IN MY LIVE AND THEY CANNOT RUN THEIR GUESTHOUE.
