Jolanda McIntyre & Standard Bank Robbing People off their hard earned Money - Pathetic!!!

So we do an home loan application through Standard Bank on my husbands name, the Home Loan gets approved, Standard Bank issues instructions to Jolanda McIntyre attorneys to proceed with the transfer costs etc. Jolanda McIntyre contacts my husband and informs him that we must pay R16508.20 transfer costs of which full payment is made, thereafter Standard Banks picks up we married in community of property (not sure why they did not pick up originally as it was marked on the application form) and they decline they loan as they did not do credit checks on myself nor did they get proof of my incomes and expenditure. When requesting a refund from Jolanda McIntyre as we made full payment of R16508.20 they only refund us R15818.20 stating short payment was for expenses incurred from Electronic Instructions. Deeds Office search and Postage and Petties. We are not their client nor did we appoint them to do the deeds office search or give the electronic instruction they were appointed by Standard Bank but they charging us or should i say ROBBING us. Please be careful when dealing with them as they will take your hard honest earned cash and hold you liable for expenses which are not yours. Pathetic for a law firm to be robbing people, hope it makes them sleep better at night and that they choke on the bread they buy with the ****** money of innocent people.... Thumbs down to Standard Bank and Jolanda McIntyre Attorney not sure how many people prior to us have they ****** this way, wouldn't be surprised if they do it to millions of people by saying bond approved , make transfer costs payment once payment is made they say bond is declined and then short refund the innocent applicant and get richer by robbing and *****ing other peoples money.
