Travel Agent ****!

My sister and her family have received very appalling service from this company. They booked and paid for accomodation for their December holiday in June already only to arrive at the venue from the Vaal to Durban for it not to have been booked. When they call the owner/administrator, Derek, who made the bookings, he is not only rude but tells them to take this up legally. Now from my understanding Derek has agreed to refund them but till today nothing has happened. I, for one, am truly disgusted by his response telling them he can book them for another date while they are in Durban and hand paid 5 months prior! Derek just pay back the money or we'll continue to take your advice.
