Jojo Tank Pump Booster faulty after less than 2 years of use

I bought a Jojo tank pump booster on the 18th of August 2021. This item worked very well and I was happy with it. I was also happy with the after service as I had issues twice with it and the rep came to my house and sorted it out. However, on Wednesday, the 26th of July 2023, I noticed water leaking from the side of this pump. After speaking to my plumber, he informed me that the rubber of the pump is now worn out. This pump is less than 2 years old and how can a product of this nature get damaged/broken this easily? The cost to repair this pump is approxiametly R700 and when considering that I paid R1700 for the entire pump which means that every 2 years, I must replace this part which does not make sense and is totally unfair. Furthermore, when I complained to Jojo to this and when I gave them all the documentation that was required, they are now dragging their feet with their response. I am now very disappointed of Jojo as I held them in very high esteem. I would not recommend Jojo to anybody to purchase as they only last less than 2 years.

Subject: Disappointed with my jojo pump

I bought a jojo pump for less than 2 years ago, and now the pump is troubling. I don't understand this product. Surely this item should last more than 2 years. Which means that every 2 years I must replace this part, not making sense
