JOJO SELLING INFERIOR PRODUCTS

We bought 2 x JOJO 1000 Litre Slimline Standard Water Storage Tanks together with a 0.75kw JOJO pump, the JOJO Water Tank Float Valve Kit and the JOJO Booster Pump to Tank Connector Kit less than a month ago.

Sadly, the pump is giving the water a brownish tinge which is indicative that the inside of the JOJO pump is already rusting after such a short period of time.

Then we fortunately noticed that the tanks started to overflow. Upon inspection the plastic ball/float had broken off the stem and was floating on the top of the water. The fitting attached to the stem had broken off and this caused the water to continue flowing into the tank unabated as the cut-off mechanism has failed. In addition there is already a brown rust mark on the fitting where the lock nut attaches to the ball. This is indicative of untreated steel in either the metal shaft or the nut itself.

Over a period of time this will totally corrode and break away and the mechanism will fail again.

All creating a situation where more money will have to be spent in the future.

Not great at all.

JOJO this is your business and you are fully aware of the corrosive nature of water. Your products are not inexpensive - surely some thought can be given to spending a bit more and providing better products which will last longer?
