As a non-developer

As a non-developer, I understand the need for this type of role in my business, but I was unable to properly quality people based on their talent in this role and accidentally hired some *********** people before who overstated their abilities at developing. That was the problem I had with Upwork when I was looking before. Having a quality, multi-stack developer has save our organization time and money with many processes already.
