JMH -Deception and Deceit from Accounts Department

Hi<br> <br> My Mum was admitted to Isipingo Hospital for surgery. On admission a 15% discount was agreed on accommodation and theatre fees.<br> <br> On receiving the account after discharge, the discount was not app****. I requested that the agreed discount be app**** on three separate occasions. Trevino has avoided the issue, and each time indicated that the dsicount was app****, where in fact it was not.<br> <br> It seems that JMH has no business or work ethic and their staff are providing a sub standard, unprofessional and disgraceful service to their patients.<br> <br> I wonder how many other patients he has duped and deceived
