VEHICLE I NEVER BOUGHT

14 Feb '11 I bought 5 Landrovers ( NCB415GP, NDD122GP,NDD122GP,LJM593GP, MHH988GP) paid them and did the change of ownership. Now in 2015 I noticed that a new vehicle was added to my profile (MHH990GP) which I had no idea where it came from, went to the license department and drew the vehicles profile only to find out that it is yet another J.A.M Landrover. My problem are the penalties (R6638) on this vehicle on my profile which I never bought nor got papers for is causing the department to hold back all my license discs under which my income is suffering a great deal as no vehicle can drive on national roads without their discs.My heavy load vehicles are stranded so I am suffering a loss of income. 17 Dec '15 I saw Sandra Chetty from J.A.M and she just said sorry I don't know and can't help you I am going on vacation. 14 Jan '16 I saw S. Chetty, Saroj Thomas and there head of the financial dept. to solve this only to find out they will only assist when they have the file from the license dept. I've been to the dept. twice the file is lost? Please help J.A.M put this vehicle to my profile without my knowledge and wouldn't rectify their mistake A.S.A.P
