Disappointed mum

As a first time mother I wanted to ensure that I purchase all the baby items I would need. We went to a baby retail store in Montana, Pretoria and purchase the Joie Muze LX travel system.

Since the birth of our baby we use the c****at with pram. As he grew we started using the pram and realised that he bumps his head against the mechanism and frame of the pram on the side of his head, where the handle en frame connects. He is a small/short baby which we did not anticipate would be a problem.

I returned the the pram to the retail shop and the Joie sales representative indicated there is nothing wrong with the pram but my child. I indicated that I had no way of knowing that i would have this issue and now I need to make self-modification (by adding sponge to the mechanism and frame) to a pram I brought thinking it was a good purchase.

I did not even want my money back but thought they would recommend to replace it with something that can accommodate my child. I have to buy a stroller and place my son in the stroller before I buy it to make sure I do not have the same problem.

This pram is always on sale and you think you made a good purchase.

If your child is smaller do not buy this pram Muze LX Travel system.
