Worst service and management ever

Worst experience ever. Dont give u what u pay for. Owner refuses to speak to her customers. She screams on you over the phone. Changes ur menu because it does not make sense to her. Come and take ur juice u paid for for some of her other guests. Terrible terrible terrible. Refunding u a small amount so u can keep quite and not do anything about it. Well sorry I am not going 2 keep my mouth. Not even worth half of what we spend. Charmaine must not do bussiness with the public. Rather close ur bussiness than going on and ****** up a function.
