Hi, i app**** at joshco for turfontein flat last year in November 20/2018 they told me that im blacklisted so I won't qualify although my salary is enough for me to get flat .I pay rent where I'm staying of which is more than the amount of the flat i app**** for

It is considered reckless the the Nation Credit Regulatory Authority when we grant credit where we have seen a credit record which indicates a risk. Should you sort out the bad debt, you will be able to apply again for any units which are available.
