Coilpack refund ,I paid R5623, for nothing

Hellopeter,I was in kokstad from durban 2nd to the 13th of december 2019,had problem with my chevrolet cruze ,my car had problem ,they tried tofix it they assume it was coilpack ,going back to durban it started again the same problem,so the private machenic found out it was not coil pack ,he put back the original coil pack andbought wire kit and everything was ok, I foned them for my refund they transferred me to one person to another ,Im tired now I need a refund and they told me its guaranteed
