Blatant theft!!

We hired these guys who supp**** us with a quote to have 1) a pond removed and 2)to cut down our trees and remove the stumps. After they "removed" the pond they covered the hole with a big heap of soil, this weekend my husband and I tried to flatten the heap and to level the ground and discovered that the hole pond was left and tree stumps were also left and simply covered with soil together with the rock art that was around the pond so that we would not see the work has not been done, the guy (washington) took our money and claims he did what we paid him to do.
