Unreliable

I'm so disappointed with Johnson Kitchens. They started the job with installing wardrobes in my house and realised that there is a board missing so they couldn't finish the job. Promises were made to get the missing boards and install them as soon as possible. It's been 4 months and Johnson has made no contact regarding when he will finish the job. Countless times I've called & whatsApped him for updates but it's been a new story each time. So if you are willing to go through what I went through go ahead and risk it.

He was fully paid but didn't deliver 😪 now I have to find someone else and pay additional money for something I had already paid for.
