Vial products

I wish I didn't have to give any stars... I've been in contact with this company for more than 2 weeks now sad to say the contact has been one sided. I contacted them to let them know this is the 2nd month in a row that I've paid almost R150 for a box of wet wipes that are smelling absolutely vial. My child has eczema and this has made it flare up even more. Someone responded to ask for my details and then to say their system is offline. I tried making contact with them again to say it's more than 2 weeks and still no response and even that has not gotten me a response... Pathetic customer service and even worse that we put our money into such ******* products... Utterly disappointed
