Terrible Experience with Neutrogena Hydro Boost!!!

I am not happy at all with Neutrogena's Hydro boost Range, I have purchased the cleanser, toner, serum and cream gel moisturizer at Clicks trade route mall on the 26th of May 2023, oh my God I am so disappointed at what the product has turned my skin into. I have a combination skin type and my skin had turned dry and very dark, I always have to re-apply the moisturizer and that doesn't help still. the moisturizer is also not a good base for a foundation at ALL. I would like for Neutrogena to refund Me, and I will take their products back. I have tried to contact Johnson and Johnson number without getting through to the Neutrogena department. That number is USELESS, I need a Neutrogena consultant to contact Me on ***.
