So much fo convenience
This is the fourth time we have bought the Johnsons baby aqueous cream with the pump lid, because its supposed to be easy to use, Guess what? All four times the pump stops working after only using 20% to 25% of the cream! No matter what we try it doesnt pump again, same with the baby wash. I can't believe Johnsons can sell such products. It leaves us having to open the bottle to try get the contents out, or just throwing it away cause of the frustration.

We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience this has caused you.
We do understand your frustration with the pump bottle as we know that it is purchased for ease of convenience. Our teams have been working hard to find a solution but regrettably have not yet found a pump mechanism that will draw up all the product from the very bottom of the bottle. Currently the only solution to access the last little bit of cream is to remove the cap and straw and shake it out! Not ideal we know but regrettably the only option at present. An alternative solution would be to use the product in the tub - this way you are able to easily get every last bit out of the container - albeit it's not suitable for one-hand dispensing!.
