Revolting smell coming out of the Johnson’s baby wet wipes

I tried to phone Johnson’s on their customer care line this morning and cannot be able to talk to a operator, the answering machine say leave a message- there is no such option I have send an sms regarding my problem- No Response back I have send them an email- No Response back My Question is when am I going to get an response back as this is an health risk This was my message early this morning that I have sent to them

For the first time in my life ever since I have been using Johnson’s products for both of my kids I have come upon this problem...

I have Purchased 2x6’s boxes of Johnson’s gentle all over wipes last week at Makro in Amanzimtoti Kzn

This morning I opened the first box and took out a packet and opened it to clean my babies bum While wiping,I got this terrible,revolting , unpleasant smell...it’s difficult to explain it- something like a mixture of rotten used water with a mouldy-dusty or something.... I don’t know, it’s just awful.... I picked up the packet and smelt it, then I got the same smell again....

I have tried to rinse my hands, but it still stayed on my hands I had to bath my baby after wiping him as it stay on the skin stinking if you do not use soap to wash it off

I suggest that you come and uplift the product as I will not use it on my baby as this is a health risk
