Poor Product's that is an Hazard to our health

I am very disappointed with the stock of wet wipes that I buy every single month. It is either not packaged properly and when I send a complaint to Johnson and Johnson I get no feedback. I even have screenshots of emails as proof. The service is pathetic especially for customers like myself that spend over R250.00 every month. I have slips to prove this. We purchase our wipes from Dis-chem. My son has actually a reaction because these wipes were old stock. Although the expiry date is for next year when you open the actual wet-wipe there is a disgusting stuffy smell. I then opened the other box and the smell was even worse in those packs. When I opened the box I noticed that the plastic has on the wipes is sealed but cut in the middle, these all the wipes that have a funny smell. I buy these wipes every single month as we have a baby. I also use these wipes to remove my make up. I am not a customer that has purchased this product once off. I purchase this every month along with the baby products. Last month my packaging was also cut in between. I was exhausted after being ignored the first time around that I did not bother to email again. This is very disappointing as we only use Johnson and Johnson products. I expect to be emailed and not called as I am unavailable for calls. It is not just one pack of wet wipes, its two boxes.
