Poor customer service

Hi,

I have purchased a 4pack Johnson and Johnson wet wipes. We used the first pack which was fine the other 3packs has a bad odour. We are trying to get a hold of Johnson and Johnson and there is no response. we have called there's no answer. we sms and left a message and still no response up to date.

The service we are getting from Johnson and Johnson has forced us to switch brand.
