Jonhnson and Johnson Spa prize

<p>Hello. I hope this inbox finds you well. On the 30th June I supposedly won a Spa Voucher on a competition I entered at Johnson and Johnson. Till date I haven't received the gift and I am the one who keeps asking about the prize. The last communication was on the 5th October and promised I'd get the prize the next week. It's now the 24th October and I still haven't heard a word. I am really disappointed and upset with Johnson and Johnson can you please help.</p>
