Johnson and Johnsons Wet wipes

Good Day, I have had a very bad experience with Johnsons wet wipes. I bought a box of wet wipes about 2 weeks ago. The wet wipes have a very bad smell, like grease. I logged a complaint directly with Johnson & Johnson (Pty) Ltd on the 0st October 2020 and have asked how I will be compensated. They responded advising that they will send me a coupon. To date I have not received a coupon and I have sent 2 follow up emails and still no feedback.

I am highly disappointed in the service.
