INCORRET CONTACT NUMBER ON PACKAGING??

I have had a bad experience with the WET WIPES on two occasions. They have both run dry. The first time I called their customer care line, the contact number on the packaging is one digit short which makes it impossible to call them. (how is this possible?) The second incident - I called an alternative number - you are unable to leave a message as you are instructed to do so. How is it that such a huge organisation has the incorrect customer care number on their packaging, and you are unable to leave a message on an alternative number??
