I have been calling their offices in Cape Town for a few days asking for an SABS certificate of one of their products. I have been sent around in circles, I called their complaint line who said she can't help me and I still don't have the certificate.

I understand that due to COVID people are working from home but why aren't, they answering their emails? The receptionist refuses to give the phone numbers or call them herself so I am left in the mercy of unmotivated group of people who are not doing their job. Many companies have their staff working from home but they are able to provide a decent service, Johnson and Johnson, what kind of a sinking ship are you running?
