Excellent customer service from johnsons

<p>i feel were credit is due we should give it. so i just wanted to note that JOY ESAU was fabulous . she is excellent at her job really changes your mood after talking to her i was upset at the incident that had occured but she really changed my perspective. this is the second time around that i have been communicating with her and i wish that all customer service staff could be amazing like her ...great job well done</p>
