Disgusted and disappointing

So round about the 25th of last month I bought a box of wipes that consists of 6 packs of wipes (the pink one) i bought it at dischem hassendal kuilsriver, I paid R120 for that box. When I eventually opened the box and opened the wipes it has a stink smell, like mold and the wipe itself feels like off cut rags. I eventually opened another pack and another one to smell if it smells the same as the first one, and mind you it does, all 6 packs of wipes stink, smells like mold. I eventually decided to email them as this is my second bad experience with the wipes but it was the first time in a long time that I bought it. They responded to my email apologizing and then said they will send me a coupon.Today I received a sms with a voucher to the value of R60! Yes R60, where I paid R120, so who do they think will be paying the other R60? You can't expect me to pay again, not in a tough time like this! Geez I'm very disappointed and disgusted at this! You guys are cheap! Imagine expecting me to give out money again! So all in all I'll be spending R180? This is wrong!
