Bad smell from Johnson's sensitive wipes

We had purchased a big box of 6 packs of Johnson's baby wipes. Upon opening the packs, there was an unusual smell from the wipes. We did not use the wipes after that and we had checked the other packs as well. All had this smell. We have always been using that brand and that type of wipes but this is the first time we noticed this. I could not get hold of anybody at customer service after trying for a week. I had sent an email, and got a response from Joy. They promised that they will send me a Johnson's coupon once their mobile coupon send out is working. It has been 5 months now and no feedback.
