Baby wipes with horrible smell!!!

I was disappointed with the product i bought and i sent a query to them they did respond but they are now taking forever to resolve the case for which i don't understand why hence i provided all the information they requested from me. i ended up spending more more money to replace the product just because I am waiting for the feedback! all i need if for them is to collect the product so they can see how bad it is, refund me or replace it
