400g of sh*t!

I purchased a 400g of baby powder as I usually do every month.

This size is completely smaller than usual. Then I noticed the packaging was different but all the information stated on the description seemed to be as normal.

Only to realize we purchased 400g of ****! Johnsons please tell me what is this new 99% natural powder? 99% of ****!

The fragrance is totally different, the bottle is smaller, the feel is not even powder!

Honestly, you could've stated the new formula on the product so we would know it was different.

I am totally disappointed in this product, my husband and my 9 year old are complaining. My family refuses to use the product and have insisted that I purchase a new powder or a different brand. Your products are no longer affordable and I am sorry but I want a full refund for this bottle of kuck!

Unfortunately you've just lost a very loyal customer. I will never again purchase this powder.
