BAD WORKMANSHIP AND NOT PREPARED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM

We recently had a problem with our speed queen washing machine. We contacted johnny rocket and his technician came to the house and told my wife that he can do the repair himself without using his company that he works for. I was not at home and on the saturday when i came home i contacted johnny rocket myself and told him that his technician is doing work behind his back and tried the same with us. I asked johnny rocket to come and repair the washing machine. They did repair the machine. Now the machine sounds as if it is falling apart. I phoned johnny rocket and he said he will not come back to repair the machine because we tried to bribe his technician. In my view he and his company is responsible for this repair. Whenever i phone him he does not answer the phone.
