Poor quality steel in fireplace grate from Johnnieblue
Bought a Victorian grate ash pan combo in April 2025 for R3630, delivered to Cape Town. By August of the same year the steel in the middle had disintegrated and the back had buckled. The ash pan has also buckled. When I contacted them and sent photos the response was that all fireplace grates burn out after a certain time. 4 months??
