Johnnic Design & Contruction - Pathetic do not use them EVER!!!!

This is my 2nd review of Mr John Mc Knight and Johnnic Design and Contruction. He has still been promising to come and plaster our one building which was included in the price and money we have paid him. We still have crumbled Tar Driveway because he did not prepare it correctly. His whole quote was R450k aprox and he wanted 50% upfront which we paid him. His work is below par, everything is a battle to get him to repair. All that has been done is the paving removed and driveway lowered for the caravan, wall broke in the front for new entrance, re plaster, build bar area and dig up a few meters in the front for the new driveway R200K is what he says that all cost. Absolutely insane. Do not use this man or his company. He promised this week all would be sorted by Sunday 4th June, today is Friday 2nd June so i highly doubt this is going to happen. Looks like we in for a legal fight with this guy.
