Worst Rental Agency Ever

Most unproffesional and unhelpful company i have ever dealt with. they dont respond to emails, they ignore information from previous email and they ask questions to the client which they already asked. its like they dont keep track of any emails. Spelling mistakes in emails and unproffesional correspence is just the start... i moved into a house a year ago and lots of stuff was broken and they promised to fix it. after moving in i sent more emails asking when they will fix these things. they never came to fix any of this. and a year later they are keeping my deposit because of the same things that were broken. and other stuff they are trying to pin on me. avoid this agency at all costs. They want R5000 for a scratch on the floor and "dirty walls" which were already dirty. and are refusing to pay me my deposit back. i now have to go make a case at the rental and housing tribunal in order to fight for my own money. these people are unhelpful, rude and extremely unorganized. I am glad to see there are other people on here aswell that are experiencing the same. I am not letting this go until i get back all my money and i ensure that someone starts looking into how ******* and backwards this agency is. In my last month of living in their rental property they would contact me to be home so that new tenants can come look at the place. i would make special arangements with my job in order to accomodate them and be there and then they would just not show up, wouldnt phone to let me know its cancelled or anything.
