Unprofessional is an understatement

My experience with this company, as a tenant, has been an absolute uphill battle. Highly unprofessional and seems their scope of business is a one-way street, where the only clients they seem to apply customer care to, is on the landlord's side. As a tenant, I am a client of Johnlee Properties, required to receive the exact same level of care as I rightfully deserved. Waiting endlessly for deposits to be paid back, no communication from them. When I call, responses such as " You are not the only one with issues" OR better yet "I don't know what to say to you, so I can respond"... and the final straw, when they raise their voice at me over the phone. Ending my chapter with this company is an absolute blessing. I will never recommend this company.
