STAY FAR AWAY

I appointed Johnlee as rental agent of my house as they are in the same street and block as my house, and I relocated to Cape Town.

They allowed a tenant into the house without an in-inspection, allowed the tenant to make major changes to the house without my approval, never did follow-up inspections as stipulated in their own documentation, did not report or address faults in the house to me and are unable to provide me with any documentation with regards to communication between themselves, the tenant and me.

Stay away as far as possible from this company.

Johan Rudman promised me christian values, and did not protect my interests. It would seem as they are protecting the tenant!
