Quick to take deposit money but when you move out they come with the craziest stuff. When i moved in there wasn't even a toilet seat on the toilet with carpets burned, the place sticky from all the dirt etc, with promises from them that the place will be cleaned, toilet seat and carpets replaced and it will be done before i moved in, 2 weeks after still nothing I replaced the toilet seat at my own cost etc and i cleaned the unit etc before i moved out and gave them 7 weeks notice, so now they taking all my deposit money of 7k with over- exaggeration on all the faults they found plus 7 weeks not enough time etc, so overall they out to take your money wherever they can, they use their own cleaning firm and charge 1.5k for a normal unit clean. Its just overall ridiculous service and ******* of them
