Johnlee Properties refusing to refund deposit!!!

I would like to report these people as crazy and disrespectful. They owe me Deposit money and they are refusing to pay it back. I moved out of their flat in November already and I cleaned the place, painted and repaired everything but they tried me, they said there were spots in the kitchen and the wall plugs were not cleaned and the parking lot. I insisted on going back to redo all those things because they were charging me over 5000 to have those things cleaned. I got them to give me the key and I went back to repaint the marks they were talking about and even cleaned oil marks on the parking lot but they still won't give me my money back. They are not even responding to my emails now! Unbelievable!!! I want to expose them for who they are, they are disrespectful and talk down to people...
