Johnlee Properties MOST DISHONEST AND SLY RENTAL AGENCY IN MOOT

This is the most sly and dishonest agency I ever came upon. They stole my deposit !!! Johnlee Properties have a deposit of R19 000 in trust and had to pay back R6000 + but now I received an invoice to pay them another R21 000 its ridiculous I have reported them to the Ombudsman and Estate Agency Affairs Bord. When I moved in there was a whole list of things they had to come and fix it took them 4 months to sort out the toilet in the main bedroom and now I have to pay for the repaint of the whole house?? I have photos of the walls when I moved in and it was painted in patches, No nails was put into the walls and now I have to pay for downlight bulbs 5x @ R100 per bulb, remove a nail @ R975 never used the oven have to pay R400 for rusty oven plate and R1500 to cut grass I never came upon such a dishonest agency in my life. Please do yourself a favour and never rent from these people Wikus and Marquerite is unhelpful and dishonest ..... they broke into the property not even a 2 months moving in, they made a lot of promises and nothing got done, wanted to move out because this property was unsave they threaten to sue me for the full term of the lease agreement, and I could not get out of the lease, NOW THEY THOUGHT ITS GOOD TO ***** MY DEPOSIT AND SEND A INVOICE FOR R21 000
