Refuse to refund

We booked and paid for a make up course with the Jonathan Andrews academy. They gladly accepted our money without telling us that they had moved. We went to see them at their office to find a sign saying that they had moved. We went to the new office to find that it was in a completely derelict building with no class rooms nothing. We asked to see johnathan to be told he wasn't in and to come back the next day. Bearing in mind their new office is in the back end of germiston which is a hours drive from us. Needlessly we came back the next day and waited an hour to see johnathan for him to walk out and tell us off. This was 6 months ago. To this day we have still not been refunded the money paid and keep getting emailed saying "due to circumstances ces beyond our control we cannot pay you but promise to in 2 months time". Many others have had the exact same experience. DO NOT pay any money to these people is it a total ****. We now are taking them to court.
