Poor Customer Serive

Pathetic service! I bought my car in November 2017 in Bloemfontein and was delivered in Cape Town with missing stuff. The place where my tracker was installed was left open - had to send it to the CT branch to be sorted. I was promised that I would get the mats for the car delivered by the end of the week (car delivery week); to-date I am still waiting. I registered the car myself and sent the invoice to the dealer for refund but I have only received that refund recently after making demands. I have complained about this poor service to the dealer and escalated the matter to the branch manager but no-one seem to be bothered as I have not received any response.
