Pathetic service

My vehicle went for a service at John Williams Langenhoven park, Bloemfontein. Monday when it went in for the service it was driving as always smooth and nice. After they worked on the vehicle it sound worse than a truck. And now they want me to pay for something they broke. I will never go back there or recommend the place to anyone else. I don't even want to talk about the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. John Williams Mercedez-Benz LHP please get your act together. Your service is pathetic. I will make sure everybody knows it!
