NEED QUOTATION FOR EXTENDED MAINTENANCE PLAN : HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE?

More than a month ago I asked for a quote to extend the maintenance plan. Since then made many calls and left messages at reception. The person (Think it is Brain) just do not call back. Today I asked for the person who would help me, not available, then for service department, did not answer and lastly for a manager that woild be able to help, Not available.
